We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

Because our products are consumable pet products, returns and refunds may be limited for safety and quality reasons.

Opened, used, damaged, expired, or tampered products may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout unless you skip, pause, modify, or cancel before the next order is processed.

By subscribing, you authorize PROVENEX and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including product price, taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

Subscription discounts, pricing, products, and delivery schedules may change. If required by law, we will provide notice of material changes before they apply.

You may manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at support@provenexpet.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

You and PROVENEX agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. You and PROVENEX waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@provenexpet.com within 30 days after first agreeing to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, email address, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

This arbitration section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or unauthorized use of the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
